Heartfelt Mamas care packages are uniquely assembled based on location and customer specifications. Given that the product(s)/service(s) within the care packages are donated by vendors who want to support Heartfelt Mamas mission, our care packages are worth far more than the sale price and for that reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  If any of the items(s) were damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at info@heartfeltmamas.com.

 

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS


Items may only be replaced if they are found defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item you must submit a request to info@heartfeltmamas.com within 10 DAYS of receiving the care package. Due to the uniqueness of each care package, we cannot guarantee replacement of the same exact product.  Please note that items may shift during transit and this is not considered damaged or defective.  Heartfelt Mamas is not responsible for items that are sensitive to melting.  Quality of these items cannot be guaranteed upon delivery.  If applicable, send your item to 7115 N Division St, Suite B, #147, Spokane, WA 99208.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.

Do you ship everywhere?

 

No. Our care packages are currently restricted to the Inland Northwest within a 45 minute radius from the following cities. If you would like to see Heartfelt Mamas care packages in your city, please make an inquiry to info@heartfeltmamas.com.

How do I return an item?

What if I have an allergy or problem with a product or service?

Heartfelt Mamas values trust, integrity & respect. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Should you have a problem with a product or service, please read the terms below and then email us at info@heartfeltmamas.com with your concern.

Heartfelt Mamas does not create any of the food, skin, bath or beauty products that come in the care packages or giveaways. All products are produced and provided by third-party companies, and are generally labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. Please read all labels for possible allergens before consuming or using any of the products.  Consumption or use of any products without labels are at your own risk.  While Heartfelt Mamas makes every effort to accommodate those with allergies, we can not guarantee products will be free of allergens and consumption or use is at the risk the recipient. If you need to request an allergy friendly care package please email us at info@heartfeltmamas.com.  Heartfelt Mamas will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food, skin, bath or beauty care products or any other damages that may come as a result of using the product(s)/service(s), including labeled or unlabeled products. This includes but is not limited to massage, facials, pedicures, manicures, health, nutrition, exercise, food services, body care products or otherwise.

How does shipping & delivery work?

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

 

We ship via USPS or UPS. We may ship gifts using another carrier with or without notice.  Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and may vary depending on the weight of your gift(s). Currently we only ship within a 45 mile radius of the cities listed below.  You may request to pick up the package to hand deliver it yourself or you can request to have it hand delivered by Heartfelt Mamas or one of its volunteers by emailing info@heartfeltmamas.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee hand delivery but we will do our best to fulfill the request.  Please tell us why you think a hand delivery would be best.  If you would like to see this service in an area not listed below please contact us at info@heartfeltmamas.com.
